Content planning and publishing
Kiyo uses this internal workspace to organize ideas, scripts, video versions, team reviews and publishing placements for its own brand. The team uploads original videos, reviews the latest version, edits platform copy, and chooses when and where approved content should be released.
Connected publishing integrations send the approved video and selected metadata to the company’s social accounts. Connection and approval requirements vary by platform. A sandbox connection alone does not enable public publishing.
YouTube integration
The YouTube integration identifies the authorized channel, uploads the approved video, checks processing, and applies the visibility, audience and metadata chosen for the placement. The publishing calendar records the resulting video link and status. Account credentials are stored encrypted on the server so scheduled work can run without keeping a browser open.

Access and use
This workspace is for authorized Kiyo team members managing Kiyo-owned accounts. It is not offered as a customer publishing service. Account connections and release of content are restricted to permitted team roles. Users must have the rights and approvals needed for their content and follow each destination platform’s rules.
The application uses YouTube API Services. Use of the YouTube integration is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Other connected services have their own applicable terms. Contact hello@kiyohq.com about workspace access or data requests.
